If you’ve been around for a hot second, you may know that I am a leader with Color Street. (Don’t know what Color Street is? Girlfriend, you’re missing out! It’s 100% nail polish that is dry to the touch and it will change.your.life! I mean, who has time to wait for their nails to dry?! And a salon looking manicure that lasts for up to two weeks and is quick and easy to do and removable with nail polish remover? It’s a no brainer! Here’s a short video for you to check out! And just click this link when you’re ready to shop!)
I was with a different direct sales company (which I still LOVE and use daily) before joining Color Street. Why did I switch? I still love and use my previous company’s products, so why did I make the change? Here are just a few reasons why I love my dry nail polish business!
Color Street is a brand new company
I know a lot of people in direct sales/MLM companies throw around the “ground floor company” phrase, sometimes a little too much. But it makes sense and it’s definitely true of Color Street. As of writing this, we aren’t even two years old yet! The company started in June 2017. But even better than being a ground floor, new company? We are backed by a 30 year old product and company and because of that we are debt free! Yes!!!
Incoco is our parent company. Mr. Park, our owner, always knew that he wanted to use direct sales to promote his products. He LOVES the fact that he can help women create an income for their families in a way that works for them. He knew that he didn’t have the knowledge or skills to launch a direct sales business immediately, so he perfected his product and business first, then branched out when he knew he was ready. Watch a quick video of his story here. It’s pretty amazing. And he’s pretty incredible. And now if you try to buy dry nail polish strips from Incoco’s website, you get directed to Color Street and a local Color Street stylist instead!
Nail polish is always in style
Women have been painting their nails for years and years years, as early as 3000 BC (according to goodhousekeepnig.com)! The liquid nail polish as we know it has been around since the 1920’s. And my guess is that it’s not going to to away any time soon! 😉 So any way that it can be made better, easier, safer, and quicker is a huge win in my book!
I love that I can help women look and feel just a bit more put together without taking much time out of their day. Like I said before, who really has time to paint their nails? I know some women love taking the time and spending the money to get their nails done in a salon, and I get it. But for those of us who don’t have that kind of time or money (which is probably most of us), Color Street is a life saver! A professional looking mani for less than half the cost? Yes, please!
Color Street’s dry nail polish is a consumable product
This is one of the things about this product and business that makes it so easy! Typically, once people try our polish, they fall in love it and come back for more! It’s hard not to, since it makes life so much easier. It makes looking more put-together quick and easy to do. It’s affordable, too! And I love that we sell just one product. One. So easy to explain and no need to know tons of info about lots of different products.
There are lots of direct sales products out there that I love and use, but having a consumable product to sell is a plus in my book. Once someone gets hooked, they typically will host a party so they can get more for free. Plus, they’re already telling their friends and family about this awesome new product they found, so they end up joining, growing a team, and growing their income! Can’t go wrong with that.
Ok, I could say a whole lot here. Let’s just say the Color Street comp plan is pretty dang awesome. While I can not and will not make any income claims, I was able to quite my teaching job after just 8 months of being in this business.
This business has been a blessing in many ways, the income being one of them! It is such a blessing to have the freedom to be able to work from home instead of teach, especially with being pregnant! I had a pretty miserable first trimester, so it was a blessing to be able to stay home. I can’t imagine teaching through that!
I was also able to pay, in cash, an all inclusive trip for my husband and I to Jamaica last June, after being in the business for 9 months. All because of this business. Then I was able to help pay to get our fence and deck redone. I’ve been able to help with bills and extra expenses. I am currently saving up for some projects around the house that we would love to do, including new flooring and remodeling our kitchen. These things wouldn’t have happened without my Color Street business.
Y’all, I love our price point. $11-14 is pretty dang affordable, and our buy 3 get 1 deal and buy 1 get 1 french deal makes it even cheaper! You definitely can’t get a mani and pedi for that price at a salon! While I do just a mani more often than not (they last waaaay longer on my toes!), you can pretty easily get a mani and a pedi out of one set. But no matter how you look at it, our price point is awesome and one that most people can afford if they’re willing and able to spend a little money on themselves. And since Color Street’s polish lasts for up to two weeks (I typically wear mine anywhere from 7-10 days), it’s a great deal!
Ok, this point is one of my favorites. When you’re wearing Color Street on your nails, you are a walking advertisement every where you go! People often comment on my nails, because who wouldn’t when they look that good?! 😉 haha. But really! People notice. I always keep samples with my information in my purse to hand out to people who comment on them. Whenever possible I put the sample on them right then and there so they can see the magic for themselves. It’s a great way to meet new people and share the love. I keep some full sets in my purse as well, in case anyone wants to purchase a set (or a few!) right then and there and not wait to order online.
So, what do you think? Ready to start your own business with Color Street’s magical dry nail polish strips? Or maybe you’d love to chat with me about it first? I’d love to talk with you more and see if this business might be a right fit for you. No pressure, I promise! That is totally not my thing.
